I have 13+ years of experience developing Java web applications for various companies and businesses, alongside the experience of project management for more than 4 years.
As a Software Architect I had the pleasure to work for the B2B platform for the second largest sportswear manufacturer in the world. I worked at developing micro-services with Spring, Spring Boot, Mashery, Kubernetes, DynamoDB, Amazon Aurora and deployed in AWS.
As the VP of Development for CGM Romania I was responsible for providing support and guidance for more than 14 projects (120 people), establishing processes and guides for Front End and Back End disciplines and developing three POC applications that became part of CGM application portfolio.
As a Technical Consultant I participated in pre-sales estimations and proposals for 5 projects, I developed POC applications and provided technical guidance for more than 8 projects.

I have 15+ years of experience in IT industry. My competences vary between software development, leadership and management.
As a Software Developer I worked for a company developing products for various databases, using C++, Java, basic SQL language.
As a Team Leader I had the chance to lead different teams with different levels of responsibilities (developers, testers, team leaders, managers).
As a Project Manager I lead projects in fields like automotive industry, production, internal tools. Some of the projects were complex based on the dimension and location of the teams, other were complex from a technical point of view. I have experienced several software development methodologies depending on the specifics of the projects.
As a Software Manager I am responsible for the software teams (Development, Support, Project Managers) in a company which develops Software and Hardware products for the leather industry.
